Cuc Phuong national park review:
Cuc Phuong park was the 1st national one set up in Vietnam in 1962. It was located in 3 provices - Ninhbinh, Thanh Hoa and Hoa Binh, but most of it belongs to Ninh Binh provice and under the control of this province.

In the past, it was hard to come here, but now the road is very good and it takes near 3hour drive from Ha Noi. It is quite hard to drive to the park by yourself with many turns rights and lefts. The park is nowadays so famous place for study tours in Vietnam or family holiday in Hanoi for your kids to explore our world. Being one of the most interesting kinds of ecological environment with the rain tropical forest of 5 layers. The 20000 tree species in the park have been researched serving as an alive museum for researchers, naturalists, enthusiasts,conservationists from all over the world. The park offers different activities for foreign people on Hanoi holiday with trekking, tree and special animals to sutdy, wildlife heritage and enchanting scenery.....

Cuc Phuong Eco Tour Itinerary:
After 150km drive southwest of Hanoi, you will arrive at Cuc Phuong national park, the 1st and famous stop for travelers is the primate rehabilitation centre. Here, the special expert from the park will introduce you from one cage to another. You will get a glimpe of some rare animals like the gibbon. It is fascinating how different Asian primates are to African ones, with their lighter colors and gentle faces. He will explain how these animals were hunted or orphaned and the stories how these animals got recovered in this centre. It is a quite short tour this centre, but very informative and fascinating.

Then, you head to the turtle-rehabilitation centre where you learn about the demise of reptiles in Asia as the demand for them in China increased. Many species are facing the extinction, but the trade in terrapins and turtles is lucrative. It is a complex problem and the centre had a wealth of information and conservation effort to rehabilitation and breeding, offering chances for you to see many different turtles.

Leaving the turtle-rehabilitation centre for 20km drive to the middle of the park through thick vegetation of the rainforest clinched to the roadside. Then, getting off your car for the desired trekking trail offers amazing experience on the nature. The insects seems to have an insatiable attraction to you. They are bizarre to look at with their vibrant colors and odd shapes. Passing many unusual shapes of the trees and rosing above the rest of the forest, you will get to an ancient and majective tree, giving you a feeling of being worth to visit the nation park.
