2) Hotel: triple room. Cruise: triple cabin (see point b below)
3) We will likely arrive at Hanoi on 10/07 9am from KUL and leave from SGN on 15/07 4pm.
My questions for you now are:
a) is the cruise that you are planning for the similar to the one reported in the news today that sank at Da Nang?
b) can we opt out of sleeping in the boat but still join the tour? Maybe sleep on shore?
c) in your response below, you indicated a flight number VN261. What is that for?

I strongly advise you to take your Vietnam trip with overnight onboard in Halong bay as the cruise we select for your trip is 4 star and 5 star cruise in the bay. The boat sank in Danang is a fishing boat made to illegally carry tourists. It has 28 seats, but carried 56 tourists when I sank in Han river in Danang city. Please find the attached itineraries and some photos of the luxury cruise in Halong bay. Surely, overnight on luxury cruise will highlight all Vietnam tours Hanoi to Saigon.

We can keep the booking for the flight upto 11:30 tomorrow morning.

1. Confirm for 4 pax. I assume we will need 2 double rooms instead?
2. The last time you booked the domestic flight, I had to go thru Western Union to make immediate payment for which the bank charged me a ridiculous charge. If you book the flight for me instead, must I pay immediately too? If yes ie the same as before, then I will book the flight myself.

Twin room is a room with with 2 single beds for 2 persons.
So, the group with 4 ladies will need 2 twin rooms. Is that correct? I booked 2 twin rooms already. If you want 2 double rooms, please kindly inform us.
No, you will pay us all in Hanoi including flight for Ms. Lim as we got some deposit from you already. Now, please confirm. I will print the airline ticket for Ms. Lim. I will send you another invoice and you will pay us all upon arriving in Hanoi.

Overall we had a really good time and enjoyed ourselves. Saigon was not as good as Hanoi though. The Saigon Harmony hotel was not up to 4star standard although the location is good (La Siesta was very very good) and the lunch we had at the fishing village at Mekong delta was lousy. Mr Tu our guide has been informed of this. However we really enjoyed shopping at Saigon Sq very much and the sampan boat ride on the Mekong was one of the best highlight of the trip!
