- What time do your flight arrive at Noibai airport? because it would take around 3.5hour to drive from the airport to Halong bay.
- You want a private and budget cruise for your group and your flight should be arrival around 9:00am. So, you can depart to Halong around 10:00 and arrive in Halong bay around 13:30. The next day, the cruise will come back to the pier around 11:00am. If you come too late at the bay, you will lose your wonderful time here.
- If you want to join the cruise with other tourists, your flight has to arrive before 8:00 and, you will have to leave the airport to the bay before 9:00am. If your flight arrive later, you still can join the cruise. However, the cruise will leave the pier at 12:30 and you will have to pay some extra for the tender waiting for your group to transfer your group to the cruise.

I feel pleased with the North Vietnam tour itenerary but it would be more apprecitated if you could manage our requirement suit to the group of people at 60's.
Day 2: 31 July on the way back to Hanoi before buffet dinner at Ngoc Mai I need to stop at the front of Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum for photos -t Hochiminh's Stilt House and Governent Office Building.
Day 3: 1 Aug. on the way to Tam coc I would like to visit Dinh Temple after finish bamboo boating and lunch I need to back directly to Hanoi to visit One Pillar Pagoda and Temple of Literature instead of climbing mountains in Ninh Binh areas.

+ If you want to see Temple of literature, you pay 33 USD for the whole group
+ We offer free of charge to see Hoa Luu.

Thank you for the mail. Based on your request for the group of 8persons with the same Hanoi itinerary. The price is 281 USD/person based on twin-share and 30USD for the whole group to see Temple of literature and 30USD for Hochiminh complex and one pilar pagoda.
The reason why the price goes up because we still use the same 25 seat AC van and a private 5cabin cruise(3star Huong Hai junk) in Halong bay.

I have fixed the period for the Vietnam trip 1-4 August 15 with a group of 9 person. But just hesitate which one is better - Air asia or Qatar . Is it still have the same Vietnam itinerary if I take Qatar which arrive Hanoi in the afternoon ande depart at night on 4 August?
Please provide me the North Vietnam travel Hanoi itinerary we have settled price with privated cruise as USD per person and I think you will be kind enough not to charge me 30 USD for literature temple and Hochimin complex.
Please say me the payment policy which I think I will do once I get the air ticket.

Thanks for your promptly reply..... If I take qatar airways it will arrive hanoi around 15.10 and it will depart 16.35. If Air aisa. arrive around 9 am and depart 104.5 am which one is better but I still find out the price.
I will say you for fix airways . and the second day Hanoi- Tragan- hanoi ..... is this Tamcoc? How about the extra charged for literature and Hochimin complex 50 USD. okay? This price is all the meals en route with 2 buffet I mentioned in the emailed righ ? a bottle of drinking water per person a day ?

Qatar airways is much better. Trangan is more beautiful than Tamcoc. You can search the videos of both these places on youtube.com from Deluxe Vietnam Tours Channel and choose one of them. If you like boat trip in Tamcoc, go Tamcoc. However, I highlighly recommed you to take the boat trip in Trangan - UNESCO Natural Heritage Site. There are 8 water tunnels caves here, one is different from another through many beautiful limestone mountains. The scenery here is so beautiful that UNESCO voted it the WOrld Natural Heritage Site. Tamcoc is a small part of the Trangan.
- The price includes all meals en route with 2 buffets.
- If you pay 50 USD for Temple of literature and Hochi Minh complex, there will be no water.
- If you pay 60 USD, there is one bottle of water/person/ day.

Thanks for your great support. It is good to know you got my deposit which is neccessary to confirm to all amenities for my North Vietnam travel package.
Our group is okay for any general nice and clean dishes without beef... and special request is ice for evey meal...Thai people love iced water. Please remember I request 2 buffet dinner meal in Hanoi ..... which I already mentioned you.
I will collect the detail of my friends passport when they are ready as some are expired and need the new ones I will send you update passport.
Thannks again to provide me- 2 buffet meal in Hanoi I look forward to experinece because I have the request from another group of my friends to travel around November.

From Halong bay to airport, we just have enough time to drive directly. We have no time to drive back to Hanoi city centre for Pho in Hanoi. On the way from Halong bay to the airport, the Pho is not good as Pho in Hanoi. It is not worth to get off the boat early in Halong bay for noodle soups. If you really want pho and can get off the boat early, just inform your tour guide to arrange the time for you.

Thanks for your worth recommendation for our North Vietnam Travel Package. It is true we should enjoy ourselves in Halong Bay. And my friends could taste Hanoi Pho in 2 buffet dinner during our 2 nights in Hanoi. ..... I forget because there will be so many dishes menus they can have whatever to eat by themselves. One more I would like to know it is possilbe to buy ice in any area of Hanoi or the way to Halong Bay we love cold drink with ice. I remember you told us for the cruise with all ocean view cabin. Is it correct? Does the hotel and cruise have bar at night time ornot? How expensive the drink at the hotel and cruise. I know according to the tourism law, we can not bring drinks on the boat. How much charge for wine bringing on the boat

Thank you for the mail. Ninh Binh is well know with the Natural and Cultural Heritage Site listed by UNESCO. The best place to get away from busy city life. If the tourists want to see beautiful nature and countryside life. Ninhbinh is the best place to see.
It is also the best place for easy biking trip. It would be very helpful for me to know if your group is like most Japanese travelers - Look and see the place and go. We should make 1 day trip to Ninh Binh and 1 day trip to Duong Lam ancient village and Thay pagoda. Or can go to see Bat Trang pottery village.
If the group want to deeply discover Vietnam and its beauty, 2 day 1 night in Ninh Binh is a great choice. The trip to Ninhbinh also covers the place the film King Kong to be shot.

Thank you for the mail about North Vietnam tours Hanoi to Halong bay and Angkor Wat. Ninh Binh is well know with the Natural and Cultural Heritage Site listed by UNESCO. The best place to get away from busy city life. If the tourists want to see beautiful nature and countryside life. Ninhbinh is the best place to see.
It would be very helpful for me to know if your group is like most Japanese travelers - Look and see the place and go. We should make 1 day trip to Ninh Binh and 1 day trip to Duong Lam ancient village and Thay pagoda. Or can go to see Bat Trang pottery village.
If the group want to deeply discover Vietnam and its beauty, 2 day 1 night in Ninh Binh is a great choice. The trip to Ninhbinh also covers the place the film King Kong to be shot.
I just forwarded the email to book the trip between us and Mr. Kodera. Now it is still early to ring him. Later I will try to phone him to see if he is still in Vietnam. - For the 1st day: You will see - ST. Joseph's Cathedral, Ngoc Son temple, rickshaws tour around bustling Ha Noi Old Quarter. if time is permitted, your tour guide will take you to see Ba Da Pagoda, Ly Quoc Su temple and Bach Ma holly temple.
If you do not want street food, you will have this meal in a local restaurant. But I strongly advice to eat Obama president's street food in Hanoi during his offical visit to Hanoi. He and his own chef from America love street food very much. You can google Obama street food in Hanoi, you will know alot of news papers talking about it.
- For the day 4, you see Ho Chi Minh complex include the mausolumn, his house, One pagoda, temple of literature, Tran Quoc pagoda. All activities in the Day 1 and Day 4 in Hanoi are the highlights for Hanoi tour.
- For the tour guide, all of you live in The United States and speak English every day. Our English speaking tour guide all have 10 to 15 year serving American, Australian, British travelers to Vietnam. We are pround of bring Vietnamese cultures and history to you. We do not have Japanese clients, but we have many friends - freelance Japanese speaking tour guide. However, they need to get their job with the company which they often work for first. Thank you for the mail. Yes, you will do amazing street foot tour on the 1st day. You will stay overnight on Huong Hai Sealife cruise or Royal wing cruise. Day 3: Morning cruise the bay in different route for stunning scenery. Check out at 11:30 and drive back to Hanoi around 15:30 enjoy walking in the Old Quarter and have dinner. Day 4: Hanoi – Siem Reap
Arriving in Siemreap, our local tour guide will pick up you at the airport and transfer to your hotel for check in. Overnight in Siem Reap.
Day 5: Siem Reap – Angkor Thom - Angkor Wat – Small Circuit
After breakfast at the hotel, we continue visit the Angkor Thom by starting from South Gate of Angkor Thom, famous giant stone faces Bayon temple which was built in late 12th early 13th century by King Jayavarman VII, Baphuon temple - the huge temple-mountain in the heart of Angkor Thom, Phimean Akas temple, and other two Leper King Terrace and Elephant Terrace which were built by King Jayavarman VII in 12th century.
Start to exploring the early Angkor-era temples of the Roluos, the first city created by the kings of Cambodia inclusive of Bakong, Preah Ko and Lolei temples.
continue visit the Small Circuit. The most interested temple in this circuit is Ta Prohm, built in 12th-13th centuries which is covered by growing jungle and vines in many parts. Besides, we visit as well with Banteay Kdei temple, the royal bath Terrace of Sras Srang (the pool of ablutions). Overnight in Siem Reap.
Afternoon, visit the Wonder of the World “Angkor Wat temple” which was built in the early 12th century by King Suryavarman II and is considered as a masterpiece of Khmer architecture. Drop at the hotel. Overnight in Siem Reap.
Day 6: Siem Reap – BANTEAY SREY - ROLUOS GROUP Breakfast at the hotel. Today, we visit to the small and charming Banteay Srei temple – the Citadel of Women which is showcasing the most
exquisite, deep and complex carvings in all Khmer architecture. On the way back, we visit another temple – Banteay Samré. Afternoon, continue road to visit the early Angkor-era temples of the Roluos, the first city created by the kings of Cambodia inclusive of Bakong,
Day 7: Siem Reap Departure. Enjoy the breakfast at your hotel and free until transfer to airport for flight home.
- Visa: You should have visa to Vietnam before you go. If you take visa on arrival in Vietnam, we can arrange visa invitation letter with the fee of 3 USD/person and you will get the visa on arrival with 25 USD fee/person to pay to the local goverment.
You have to have visa or visa invitation letter before you get on the plane. Without visa to Vietnam or visa invitation to Vietnam, you can not fly to Vietnam.
If getting visa on arrival, you will have to wait for around 1 hour at the airport to get it made as somtimes it is very crowded.
- Visa to Cambodia you can get at the airport. To get visa on arrival in Vietnam and Cambodia, you will need one photo.
- Tipping for tour guides and drivers. Normally 16USD to 20USD/day for tour guide and 10 USD/day for driver( it means 3USD - 4 USD/person in the group for a day). I understand No tipping in Japan. Tipping in Vietnam for tour guide and driver as a thank for excellent service. If you follow Japanese culture of no tipping, I think our tour guides would understand that it is your culture.

As it is a cruise on the bay and not a hotel, the room size is designed for 2 persons. However, sometimes a family of 2persons and a kid want to stay togeher, a small extra bed is put inside = 1 double + 1 extra bed. I strongly advice not to put 3 single ladies in a room like that.
Therefore, I give you the price for group of 9persons with 1 person staying in single room. As your holiday is coming soon, we also need the deposit. If the 9th person want to go, please decise soon as it is high season.

I am trying to make it to be 8 people. I am having a hard time to get the cheaper airline ticekt (Vietnam Air) from Narita to Hanoi on 24 of October and Hanoi to Rep on 27th and going back to Narita on 29th (late night) of October for the last person (8th person)(Morith/Roko Kasuya). Only airfare available for this schedule is around . Do you do airline ticket? Can you get cheaper one for me? I also went to the Embassy of Vietnam for 6 American passport holders (My group). They told me it will cost them So expensive. So I checked around Vietnam Visa services. I guess we need the Vietnam visiting acceptance letter from some organization and take the letter with them and get visa stamp at the Hanoi Airport when they arrive there. Then they charge them ddifferent amount of money depending on how long they stay in Vietnam, etc...It is so complicated. Do you issue that kind of letters to them who will be coming to Vietnam? Ikuyo The rest of 7passengers have already Air Vietnam air ticekts already. Only Morith/Roko does not have one.......
