Hi Hai,
Happy New Year and Best Wishes for 2015. I am sorry for the long delay in getting back to you. We have been very busy with promoting our new products for 2015, and early 2016, including a marketing tour to Vietnam. We need to begin to finalise our arrangements for an inspection visit later this month. The dates we are now looking at are a later than I originally suggested. The flights would arrive and depart at the following times:

Arrive: Hanoi 21Jan2015 at 23.05hrs
Depart Ho Chi Minh City 31Jan2015 at 19.50hrs

Please can you let me know if these dates will be suitable for you and then we can confirm our flights. Once we have agreed on the dates we can then begin to make all the other arrangements for hotel inspections and looking at possible visits for the tour group. I hoped to be able to cover the whole tour you sent to me on 12th June 2015 - I know I am not allowing the same duration for my visit as the tour itinerary, but feel we should be able to condense the whole tour allowing me to do hotel inspections and visits to farms and sightseeing attractions we would go to on the tour.

If you feel these dates will not be suitable please let me know other dates that would be more suitable and convenient for you. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.
