12 day Vietnam tour itinerary

Day 1: Hanoi Arrival

Upon arrival at Noibai airport, you will be welcomed by the tour guide of Deluxe Vietnam Tours and transfered to Hanoi for relax and overnight.

Day 2,3,4: Hanoi - Halong bay tour

Explore fascinating Halong bay - Top destination for all Vietnam tours. Highlights of Halong bay tours are cruising, kayaking, mountain climbing, sampan rowing, cave exploring. Get off the beaten track on the second day of your Halong bay tour with cruising through thousands of unbelievable shaped limestone islands - This section of the world listed heritage site is considered as the "Paradise on Earth". The majestic section is also the place where Jame Bond - "Tomorrow will never die" was filmed.

Day 5, 6, 7,8: Explore Picturesque Sapa

Sapa - Catcat: 5km trekking with visit some Black H'mong cottages located in a beautiful valley and waterfall.

Sapa - Y linh ho - Lao chai San - Lao chai-Ta van: 15km treking on a small path down the valley to the Muong Hoa River. Discover the culture and lifestyle of H'mong and Dzay people. Stay overnight with a local family in Ta Van.

Ta van - Giang Ta chai - Ban Ho: 25 km treking on small paths along the terraced rice fields. Visit colorful Red Dzao ethnic village with a beautiful waterfall and stay at a wooden stilt house of Tay ethnic group.

Ban ho - Sapa: 5 km treking on small paths and car or van pick up for the journey back to Sapa.

Day 9,10,11: Explore Ninhbinh

Biking in peacefull countryside trails from one village to another. Join sampan rowing to explore stunning Ngo Dong river along the rice fields and limestone mountains where the famous movie "Indochine" was filmed. Then, Hoalu ancient capital with a visit to Dinh temple and Le temple and its foundation built in 10th century. Enjoy the art of stone scupturing by seeing 500 stone buddhas at Bai Dinh pagoda. Overnight in Ninhbinh.

Day 12: Hanoi Departure
