Day 2: Charming Hanoi To Be Discovered

Day 3: Farm Tour Charming Countryside - North Vietnam

8:00am leaving Hanoi city to the Northern countryside around 20km, first stop for your agricultural visits includes Vinh Loc Vegetables, flower – Peach new year tree, Herbs farms. Here, you will meet and talks with different farmers and farm owners. You will know the advantage and disadvantages for our Vietnamese farmers.

Besides farming, you will come to the village. Enjoy a short walk around the village to see the countryside life of Vietnamese farmers. Visit some local farmers' houses.

Day 4: Hanoi to Amazing Halong Bay

08:00 am, you will be picked up at the lobby of your hotel for a 3.5 hour journey from Hanoi to Halong Bay. Upon arrival at Vinashin dock, the staffs of the crew welcomes you and do the check-in. 12:30 Start sailing from Vinashin dock, feast on a delicious lunch as you cruise among beautiful islets - Life can not be better.

Day 6: Explore Charming Hue - Former Capital of Vietnam

Day 8: Explore Ancient and Peaceful Hoian

I want to add some farm visits to the itinerary.
Day 2: Besides what mentioned on 13day itinerary Vietnam. The group will visit a really big conquat farm inside Hanoi. It is 15minute drive from the city centre. I am sure that It would be very interesting for the group.

Day 7: From Hue to Hoian. Visit a famous herb village - Tra Que village.
Day 12: After visit dairy family, the group may have a chance to visit the station to collect dairy from the farmers. I will try to contact them if you like

Day 13: There is not enough time to visit the coffee processing factory on today. If possible with the flight on the day from Danang to Saigon, I will arrange the visit. If visit the coffee processing factory, pay USD/person more for the bus, fee to factory and expert's intruduction.

The supplement for single room is USD. There are 2 good dinner cruise in Saigon river. The very good quality dinner cruise for the last night on Indochina Junk is extra 10USD/person( normal dinner on this cruise is extra 4USD/person). The dinner on the cruise includes the traditional music show. Bonsai dinner cruise is under repair because of big problem and they are not sure when the cruise will operate again.

- The kumquat farm will be on the 19th Jan.
- On the 20 Jan, if we have time, I will take the group to see the family making tofu to sell for the villager( the group will learn how tofu is made and how they use the waste from tofu). or visit the village making lacquer products. The distance is very close, walkable among them.

- If they are interested in visiting an old tradtional house, drink Vietnamese tea and talk with the farmers, owner of the house, I can arrange this meeting. Our recent group visited and met the locals and they said it is very interesting, very very local experience.

We do not guarantee their requests for a double/king or twin beds, but advise them we have made note and will try to accommodate their request. Obviously it is better if we can accommodate in rooms as they request but this is not a problem if it is not possible with some hotels in some part of our Vietnam trip.

Please note the first names on this list is the name they are known by, or their common name, which is OK for Vietnam hotels and other things, but must not be used for airline reservations because their common name is not always the first name on their passport. We will provide you with separate list for airline reservations.

At the moment we will require the following:
Double Rooms - 1 large bed - 12 rooms.
Twin Rooms - 2 beds - 1 room.
Single Rooms - 1 bed - 1 room.

I have had a request from 1 very good customer, who would like to join our Vietnam tour, that I would like to accommodate. Do you think it would be possible to get 1 additional room to the above numbers?

If we added this person to the group this would mean we would need the following rooms:
Double Rooms - 1 large bed - 12 rooms.
Twin Rooms - 2 beds - 1 room.
Single Rooms - 1 bed - 2 rooms.

If you would need to contact the hotels, please do not do any additional work at the moment. I need to ensure he definitely would like to book the trip before we do anything.

Please note: we do not guarantee to our couples a Double or a Twin room - the Double and Twin room numbers are what people have requested, so it would be helpful if we could get the rooms exactly as requested, but it is not 100% essential.

Thanks for your e-mail. Please will you go ahead and book the flights for the group Hanoi - Hue/Dan - Saigon. We would not normally pay such a large deposit of 50% so far ahead of a tour departing. At the moment our clients have only paid a deposit to us. We will not collect the balance of the payment from them until 9 weeks before the departure date, which is 15th November. This is the standard procedure in the Australia.

We could pay you 25% deposit now, and the remainder on 15th November. If this is not sufficient to cover payments you have to make at this time please let me know and we will see what we can do to help.

Please can you let me have an official invoice on the company letterhead, with the company bank details and then I can transfer the money direct to this account. We will need the following:

I have also attached the passenger list. Please note the names on the passenger list are as per passports - some of these may be different to the rooming list I sent - the rooming list shows the common name that people are known by and respond to. For example my passport name is but I am know to everybody - my full name is - so I use my middle name. Hanoi - Hue on 22 Jan Departure 19:05 - arrival 20:15 - Price: USD/person with 7kg hand bag and 20kg check-in bag: + USD * 28persons = USD

Danang - Saigon on 26 Jan - Departure 15:50 - arrival 17:10 VN airline Price USD/person for group of 8persons. Price USD/person for group os 20persons + USD * 8person + USD * 20 persons = USD + USD

Note: If cancellation: USD/ticket before the day flight departure. After the flight departure, USD/ticket

Vietjet air from Danang - Saigon: if you want to have cheaper price for flight from Danang - Saigon by Vietjet air, the price as follow: Flight departure at 16h35 - arrival 17:50 with price USD/person + Condition - No cancellation and if change flight 24hour before departure, have to pay USD fee change and be charged with the new price at that time.

Note: Vietjet air quality is low than Vietnam airline and Vietjet air is sometimes delayed. I flied with Vietjet air, I felt ok, good airplanes.

You can check the price online from Vietnam airline here: http://vietnamairlinesonline.com/ HA NOI (HAN) To HUE (HUI) Friday, 22 January The total price now is USD for Hanoi -Hue and you can check flight from Danang - Saigon here as well.

I hope you and your family are keeping well. We have been very busy with our Autumn tours to South America, California, UK and New Zealand, but are now beginning to focus on our tours for the early part of 2016.

The group size for our Vietnam tour still remains at 26 passengers + 2 BFT members of staff (Janet and myself).

I have attached the rooming list - please note the names on this are for the hotels - the first name shown on this list is the "common" name that each person is known by.

I have attached the separate list which is for the airline flights. This shows the first name as on everybody's passport and this list should be used for flights.

You will see the first name on my passport is Angus. Nobody calls me Angus, which is shown on the flight list, everybody calls me Neil, which is what is shown on the rooming list.

Other people may be known by an abbreviation of their first name on their passport for example Mrs Susan Holloway (her passport name for flights) is known as Mrs Sue Holloway (as shown on the rooming list) - she would never respond to Susan because everybody calls her Sue. Mr George Archibald(his passport name for flights) is known to everybody by his second christian name, which is Tony(this is what is shown on the rooming list).

I hope this does not complicate things too much but it does help when we arrive at each hotel and give out keys etc.

I have also attached a full list of passport details. I do not know if this is needed in advance or if is any help. As we have this I thought I would send it just in case it was of help to you.

If there is anything else you need at the moment please do not hesitate to contact me. Have you managed to arrange a visit yet to an agricultural machinery supplier on the day we travel out of Ho Chi Min City to the Mekong Delta ? The other visit that Janet and I did not make was to a dairy farm when we will be travelling out to the Cu Chi Tunnels. I am sure it was this day that you suggested we could include a dairy farm visit. Have their been any developments regarding arranging this?

If you can provide me with a full invoice for the tour based on this number, and including the cost of the dinner on the Saigon River cruise when in Siagon (this needs to be a good quality dinner cruise), and the internal flight Hanoi - Hue & Dan - Siagon. We will then be bale to send the outstanding balance to you.

- Dairy farm visit in Cu Chi is confirmed

- an agricultural machinery supplier is contacted by me, the shop owner agreed. But machinery is coming in and out daily. I will have to contact them again a few days before we go there. However, he said there are some shops selling the same thing, If they do not more to see, can see next door.

- Saigon dinner cruise, For American and Australian travelers, It is excellent and fun with the music show. Food for them is excellent. However, in my opion, British travelers on Luxury Cruise in Halong bay already will say that Saigon dinner cruise is good and another experience - seeing Saigon on a cruise. In my opion, food in restaurant in the city will be better.

Please double check the clients in the flight tickets for us.
