Surely Vietnam is better with so many beautiful beaches with budget options to world-top-luxury resorts from Central to South Vietnam. Cambodia has its best beaches on the islands off the coast, but it takes more time and budget to get there. So, Vietnam is a better option for a beach holiday value.
