Hello Hai,
We are intending to plan a Vietnam tour itinerary 14 days for late 2015. When we begin to plan this tour we will definitely make contact with you, to see how you can help us. We were impressed with the suggestions and tour content that we received from your company.

Although the price will be important a good price is no good without quality of services, itinerary, and accommodation - this is the most important thing as far as we are concerned. We will be back in touch very soon when we begin to plan our tour for 2015. It is possible that Janet and I will be visiting Vietnam in January 2015 ourselves to learn more about the country and decide exactly what we would like to include in future tours for our group tours to the country.

With best wishes
Dweir

Rep: Happy New Year!

Hi Hai,
Happy New Year and Best Wishes for 2015. I am sorry for the long delay in getting back to you. We have been very busy with promoting our new products for 2015, and early 2016, including a marketing tour to Vietnam. We need to begin to finalise our arrangements for an inspection visit later this month. The dates we are now looking at are a later than I originally suggested. The flights would arrive and depart at the following times:

Arrive: Hanoi 21Jan2015 at 23.05hrs
Depart Ho Chi Minh City 31Jan2015 at 19.50hrs

Please can you let me know if these dates will be suitable for you and then we can confirm our flights. Once we have agreed on the dates we can then begin to make all the other arrangements for hotel inspections and looking at possible visits for the tour group. I hoped to be able to cover the whole tour you sent to me on 12th June 2015 - I know I am not allowing the same duration for my visit as the tour itinerary, but feel we should be able to condense the whole tour allowing me to do hotel inspections and visits to farms and sightseeing attractions we would go to on the tour.

If you feel these dates will not be suitable please let me know other dates that would be more suitable and convenient for you. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.

Regards.
