You will be picked up at your hotel and join market tour with our food expert. The local markets in Hanoi city could be Chau Long, Hom, Hang Be markets where you can see all fresh local food: fruits, vegetable, herbs, meats, fish.

During the market trip, you will learn different ingredients for Vietnamese food. You also learn how to use them in cooking. After the market tour, you will learn to prepare the course step by step with clear explaination.

If you are double with some steps, question our chef. You can write down to use later at home. Half day cooking class usually includes 5 courses. You can join in class with other tourists or have private class. After cooking class, you enjoy what has been cooked by you to see how you have done.
